If your first impression of Russman Law Offices is pleasantly positive, credit Amy. She is usually the first person you’ll encounter when calling or visiting us.
If your case is DWI-related, Amy will make sure every administrative step is addressed in helping you through a rather complex legal process. For example, if you’ve lost your driving privileges, Amy will work closely with you and the court and/or DMV to ensure every step is taken in a timely manner to reinstate your privileges asap.
For criminal cases, Amy will coordinate all pleadings, appearances, continuances and motions with Courts. To help Attorney Russman defend you, she will take care of acquiring all discovery materials from state police, prosecutors – anyone with information that can assist in your defense.
Amy also gets actively involved in personal injury cases. She will maintain continuous contact with clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies and adjusters until your case is resolved.
A New England native, Amy earned an associate degree in this area before heading for her degree in paralegal studies from Maric College, a division of Kaplan University in San Diego.
Judy has been with Russman Law Offices for 21 years and puts much of her time into personal injury cases.
With a Bachelor of Science in Education/Family Studies/Sociology, she’s especially adept at comforting and supporting clients through a painful recovery process. She’s also the one to gather information regarding the accident itself, injuries, treatment, lost wages – everything that matters.
On the administrative side, she’s the one who makes sense of the mass of paperwork involved in filing claims. She also helps Attorney Russman prepare for trial, write demands and settlement letters to adjusters, draft writs to initiate lawsuits, and much more.
An Exeter native, Judy earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, McIntosh College, in Dover and has attended numerous seminars in Personal Injury law for paralegals. She has also taken graduate-level courses in Library Science at the University of New Hampshire -- invaluable in performing legal research.
