New Hampshire's DWI & Personal Injury Lawyer

New Hampshire and much of the United States has had a long hard winter season, which can bring about a large number of personal injury cases. Slip and fall injuries, car accidents and other personal injury cases are on the rise due to the harsh seasonal conditions.

Two of the featured articles in this month's newsletter will provide you with more information on personal injury cases, including the most common injury this time of year, slip-and-fall cases.

Remember to visit the Russman Law Office Blog in between newsletter deliveries to keep up-to-date on the latest New Hampshire legal news that may impact you.

As always, if you have any questions, please send me feedback with comments, topics of interest, or general questions for future newsletter issues.

Defenses in Personal Injury Cases

These defenses usually highlight the misconduct of the injured that contributed to the cause of the injuries. If successful, the defendant could be fully or partially forgiven by the court.
