Raelene O'Leary

Paralegal  

Raelene O'Leary has been a member of the Russman Law team since May, 2019.   She attended Burdett School in the advanced business program and graduated in 1986.

Prior to working at Russman Law, Raelene has worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for established law firms in Boston and New Hampshire with an extensive background in civil litigation and family law.  She has also assisted with office administration and management.

Raelene provides direct support to Attorney Phinney and Attorney Burlage in matters of family law.  Her knowledge and competence provides the guidance and support to assist clients through every step of each individual case.  Her aptitude for drafting documents allows her to support the attorneys to meet each client's needs in a timely fashion.  She is committed to the firm's clients and approaches cases with a broad understanding and compassion.

Shannon Cook

Paralegal  

Shannon joined the Russman Law team in February 2020.  She obtained an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from McIntosh College, graduating cum laude in the year 2000.  Since graduating, Shannon has worked at established law firms in the Seacoast area attaining knowledge in a variety of areas of the law and specializing in family, estate planning and probate law.

Shannon provides direct support to Attorney Burlage in his family law practice and Attorney Kaufold in her estate planning and probate practice.  Shannon truly cares for the firm's clients, providing them with personal attention and compassion as they navigate through the difficult life transitions they are often facing.
