Attorney Emily LeClerc focuses her practice on several areas of the law including Estate Planning, Family Law, Landlord/Tenant Issues and Civil Litigation.

 Emily joins Russman Law after gaining experience in criminal law and civil litigation. Prior to joining Russman Law, Emily spent time working at a law firm that primarily focused on insurance subrogation. During that time, she spent a substantive amount of time in the court room, representing insurance companies at all levels of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire court systems. She also spent time working for the Essex County District Attorney's Office in Salem, Massachusetts. Both of these roles have provided her with a unique insight into the different sectors of the legal profession. This has given her an understanding of the importance of empathy, communication, and organization.

 Emily holds an undergraduate degree from Salem State University where she graduated summa cum laude and focused her studies on accounting and economics.

 She received her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in December 2023. She became a licensed attorney in Massachusetts in June 2024 and in New Hampshire in December 2024.

 In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her dog and family, as well as traveling to new places
