Kimberly Tessari

Starting in October, 2026, Kimberly Tessari will be joining the firm as an experienced attorney with more than a decade of prosecutorial experience, now focused on criminal defense and family law in the private practice. She began her career in family law, handling divorce, custody, and domestic relations matters, an experience that continues to shape her practical, client-focused approach.

She went on to serve with the Carroll County Attorney's Office, earning a reputation for thorough preparation, sound judgment, and effective courtroom advocacy. Her work with New Hampshire State Police Troop E provided deep insight into law enforcement investigations and trial strategy, further strengthening her litigation skills.

Most recently, Kimberly served as Deputy County Attorney, managing serious criminal cases and providing leadership within the office. This extensive prosecutorial background gives her a strategic advantage in defending clients and navigating the criminal justice system. Moreover, she has worked with families for years as a prosecutor and can help navigate families through their most difficult times in the courtroom, whether it is a divorce, parenting plan modification or child support issue.

Kimberly is also a member of the Governor's Highway Traffic Safety Committee and trains new law enforcement officers at the police academy. She is known for her integrity, professionalism, and results-driven advocacy, guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.

Kimberly resides in the Mount Washington Valley area with her husband and children.
