Charged with domestic violence-related simple assault and criminal mischief
The defendant, a 34-year old man, was charged with domestic violence-related simple assault and criminal mischief as well as obstruction of the report of a crime. At trial, Attorney Russman was able to unravel the plaintiff's account of what actually occurred.
Result: Not guilty on all charges.
